JustTextGiving – EASY, SIMPLE and FREE

The Willow Trust has partnered with JustTextGiving so that donating is now just a FREE text away for anyone who would like to help sponsor a day of freedom onboard for one of our guests with disabilities or a serious illness.

JustTextGivingSo How Does it Work?

To make a donation is simple, quick and free and can be less than the cost of a cup of tea.

  • Just text the Willow Trust’s Code, TWTC25 along with an amount (£1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10) and all the money goes to The Willow Trust.
  • So to donate £3 your text would look like this, TWTC25£3
  • To donate £5 your text would look like this, TWTC25£5 and so on
  • You would then send this text to the mobile phone number 70070.

How much will it cost me to donate?

All text donations are free, and won’t come out of any inclusive texts you have as part of your price plan – even if you’re not with Vodafone. You just pay the cost of your donation.

How is my donation collected?

When you make a text donation, it will either be deducted from your mobile phone credit (for Pay As You Go) or added to your mobile phone bill – and you won’t pay any VAT on your donation.

Can I add Gift Aid to my donation?

Yes you can. Just follow the instructions sent to you by text every time you make a donation using JustTextGiving by Vodafone. By adding Gift Aid, you will help The Willow Trust reclaim the tax on your donation from HMRC.

How much of my donation goes to charity?

Every penny you donate using JustTextGiving by Vodafone goes to your chosen charity – in this case The Willow Trust. And if you add Gift Aid, we will receive even more money by reclaiming any tax you’ve already paid on the amount you give.

So why not give it a go? Many of us would not miss £1 or even £3 so why not send a quick text now and help sponsor a wonderful day on the water for one of the 7,000 guests with disabilities and serious illnesses that come onboard with The Willow Trust each year.

Thank you 🙂
