Booking Request
To request a day out on the Willow Trust boats, please complete our Booking Request Form 2024.

**The 2024 season starts on Wednesday 10 April**
When completing the form, please provide us with the following information:
​
-
a broad picture of the disabilities and age group of the guests who would like to come out;
-
the total number of people in your group and how many of those will be staying in their wheelchair for the day;

the number of carers in your group;
-
the day of the week that you would prefer to go out (we only go out Monday to Friday between April and October).
